Součástí hraní nejnovější Final Fantasy s číslovkou XIII je i možnost odemykat speciální témata, kterých je celkem sedm. Musíte pro to samozřejmě něco udělat a jakmile je získáte, v hlavním menu hry si je přes složku Extras můžete posléze stáhnout.
